Aboalarm helps people cancel contracts they no longer want. Rechtspilot takes the same idea further: a letter for almost any legal situation, drafted with AI. The funnel had to do two things at once. Feel trustworthy in a moment that is usually stressful, and convert, because a legal letter nobody sends helps nobody.

Design advisory on the side, a few evenings with the team. We walked the funnel step by step and worked on the moments where people drop: how the request is framed, what the AI shows while it works, when to ask for payment, how the finished letter is presented. Concepts and screens for the conversion features, from the first document to the finished letter, handed over to build.

A funnel that explains itself instead of asking for trust up front. The team left with a prioritised set of conversion features, design already thought through. For me, a problem I care about: making legal help feel as simple as cancelling a subscription.
