A health brand, built cycle-first.
Nouxx is a supplement brand built around the female cycle, founded by Jana in Berlin. Early stage, a strong idea, and everything to design at once: brand, shop, app, the first physical store. Most of the market sells supplements as a daily pill with a clinical face. Nouxx follows the cycle instead, which means the product, the story and the interface all have to move with four phases rather than one routine.
I joined as design partner next to my day job, a few hours a week, and took the design decisions off Jana's plate. One calm, warm visual system that behaves the same on pack, in print and in the app. A native iOS app that keeps cycle tracking quiet and connects it to the shop and the daily routine, built so it can be handed over. Positioning against 43 mapped supplement brands, with the cycle as the almost empty spot. The print for the first store.
A brand that reads as one thing across shop, app and store instead of three. A founder who can ship without waiting for an agency. And for me the kind of work I want more of in Berlin: showing up for a product early, when design changes what it becomes, not how it looks.
